【摘要】:ISO21214:2006determinestheairinterfaceusinginfra-redsystemsat820nmto1010nm.Itprovidesprotocolsandparametersformedium-range,medium-tohigh-speedwirelesscommunicationsintheITSsectorusinginfra-redsystems.Suchlinksarerequiredforquasi-continuous,prolongedorshortcommunicationsbetweenvehiclesandtheroadside,betweenvehicles,andbetweenmobileequipmentandfixedinfrastructurepoints,overmediumandlongranges.Vehiclesmaybemovingorstationary.Whereverpracticable,ISO21214:2006hasbeendevelopedbyreferencetosuitableextantInternationalStandards,adoptedbyselection.Requiredregionalvariationsareprovided.Dueaccountisgivento,andusemadeof,anyrelevantpartsofappropriatecommunicationssystems,suchasglobalpositioningsystems(GPS),digitalaudiobroadcasting(DAB),digitalvideobroadcasting(DVB),radiolocalareanetworks(RLANs),digitaldatabroadcasting(DDB),TETRA,FMsubcarrier,mobilebroadbandsystems(MBS,W-ATM),internetprotocols,anddedicatedshortrangecommunication(DSRC).ISO21214:2006supportsdataratesof1Mbit/supto128Mbit/s(itmaysupporthigherdatarates);supportsvehiclespeedsuptoaminimumof200km/h(closingspeedscouldbedoublethisvalue);definesorreferencesenvironmentalparametersrelevanttolinkoperation;supportscommunicationdistancesupto100m(itmaysupportlongercommunicationdistancesof300mto1000m);supportslatenciesandcommunicationdelaysintheorderofmilliseconds;iscomplianttoregional/nationalregulatoryparameters;maysupportotherregional/nationalparametersasapplicable.Application-specificrequirementsareoutsidethescopeofISO21214:2006.TheserequirementswillbedefinedintheCALMmanagementandupperlayerstandardsandinapplicationstandards.Application-specificupperlayersarenotincludedinISO21214:2006,butwillbedrivenbyapplicationstandards(whichmaynotbetechnologyspecific).
