【摘要】:1.1MainpurposesThisInternationalStandarddefinesasetofbasicconceptsrequiredtodescribeformalconceptrepresentationsystems,especiallyforhealthsciences,anddescribesrepresentationofconceptsandcharacteristics,foruseespeciallyinformalcomputer-basedconceptrepresentationsystems.AmainmotivationistomakeitpossibletopreciselydescribecontentmodelsdescribedinotherInternationalStandards.TheprinciplesestablishedbyISO/TC37areextendedhereintoaformalsystemsuitedtohealthinformatics.PotentialusesforthisInternationalStandardare-todescribeformaldefinitions,partsofdefinitionsandhowtheyarerelated,and-todescribepatternsforconceptrepresentationinaparticulardomain.1.2TargetgroupsThetargetgroupsforthisInternationalStandardare-developersofconceptrepresentationsystemsfordifferenthealthcaredomains,-developersofstandardsforconceptrepresentation,especiallythosedescribingdomianconceptmodels-infornationmodellers,knowledgeengineers,andstandardsdevelopersbuildinginformationmodelsforhealthinformationsystems,suchaselectronichealthrecordsanddecisionsupportsystems,-developersofinformationsystemsthatrequireanexplicitsystemofconceptsforinternalorganization,datawarehousemanagementandmiddlewareservices.1.3TopicsnotconsideredThisInternationalStandarddoesnotincludeenumerationofaxiomaticconceptsandsemanticlinks,ordetailedcontentofhealthterminologysystems(classifications,nomenclaturesorreferenceterminologyofhealthconcepts).
