【摘要】:1Thisguidecoversthebasisforselectingandcalibratingdosimetrysystemsusedtomeasureabsorbeddoseingamma-rayorX-rayfieldsandinelectronbeamsusedforradiationprocessing.Itdiscussesthetypesofdosimetrysystemsthatmaybeemployedduringcalibrationoronaroutinebasisaspartofqualityassuranceincommercialradiationprocessingofproducts.Thisguidealsodiscussesinterpretationofabsorbeddoseandbrieflyoutlinesmeasurementsoftheuncertaintiesassociatedwiththedosimetry.Thedetailsofthecalibrationoftheanalyticalinstrumentationareaddressedinindividualdosimetrysystemstandardpractices.2Theabsorbed-doserangecoveredisupto1MGy(100Mrad).Sourceenergiescoveredarefrom0.1to50MeVphotonsandelectrons.3Thisguideshouldbeusedalongwithstandardpracticesandguidesforspecificdosimetrysystemsandapplicationscoveredinotherstandards.4Dosimetryforradiationprocessingwithneutronsorheavychargedparticlesisnotcoveredinthisguide.5Thisstandarddoesnotpurporttoaddressallofthesafetyconcerns,ifany,associatedwithitsuse.Itistheresponsibilityoftheuserofthisstandardtoestablishappro-priatesafetyandhealthpracticesanddeterminetheapplica-bilityofregulatorylimitationspriortouse.
