【摘要】:ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesguidanceonfactorsandcriteriaconsideredforthedeterminationofthesuitabilityandvalidityofthedesign,developmentandexecutionofamonitoringstrategyforGMM.Monitoringencompassesdetectionofgenotypicandphenotypicproperties,aswellasdetectionofviralmaterialand/orsymptomsspecificfortheinfectedhost,fortheidentificationofGMMsinanexperimentalrelease.ThisEuropeanStandardprovidesthepersonconductingamonitoringprogrammewithalistoffactorsandcriteriathatshouldbeconsideredindeterminingthevalidityoftheproposedstrategyformonitoring.ThisEuropeanStandardisspecificallyaimedatmonitoringexperimentalreleaseofGMMsortheirnucleicacid.ThisEuropeanStandardhowever,doesnotcover—themonitoringofvirus-likeentitiesorsimilaragents;—themonitoringofGMMsforfood,humanhealthandveterinaryapplications.NOTEAttentionisdrawntonational,Europeanandinternationalregulations,andrelevantstandardscoveringthemonitoringofGMMsinfood,humanhealthandveterinaryapplications.
